Mother India Roti is not responsible for deterioration in food quality caused by a customer collecting an order substantially later than the estimated pickup time.
9. Delivery Orders
Delivery is available only within applicable service areas.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, driver availability, restaurant volume, building access, and other factors.
Customers are responsible for providing:
* An accurate delivery address;
* Apartment, unit, buzzer, or access information where necessary;
* A valid telephone number; and
* Reasonable access for delivery.
Additional charges or an unsuccessful delivery may result if the information provided is inaccurate or the customer cannot reasonably be reached.
